Your data is used exclusively to manage your reservation, send email confirmations, and handle any stay-related requests. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Reservation data is retained for 2 years in accordance with Colombian commercial law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use only first-party essential cookies: one to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and one to store your cookie consent response. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Under Colombian Law 1581/2012, you have the right to know, update, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw any consent given at any time.
