Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. Prices include VAT. By making a reservation you accept these terms and conditions.

Pricing
Prices listed on the website include VAT and are in Colombian pesos (COP). Ikuna Glamping reserves the right to update rates without notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed reservations.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
- ◆Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund.
- ◆Cancellation between 3 and 7 days in advance: 50% refund.
- ◆Cancellation less than 3 days in advance: no refund.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am. Late arrivals must be coordinated in advance.

House rules
Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per cabin. No pets allowed. No parties, amplified events, or activities that disturb the natural surroundings. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Liability
Ikuna Glamping is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. The jacuzzi and all facilities must be used with care.
